Excellent machine for cleaning up Ironwood, Palo Verde, and Oleander hedges on an acre twice a year. I had no problems after the initial start-up, the first 15 hours of use, or the initial oil change. Don't put anything else in the top of the machine than leaves or light clippings because if you do, the machine will crush and cut the half-inch branches, which will take a long time to break down into mulch. Excellent device made for high-end domestic application. My inspection after 15 hours revealed no loose bolts. absolutely no motor troubles I'm incredibly happy with this buy.
